There was a stir after the attack on the nuclear plant:

The Russian army targeted Europe's largest Zaporizhia nuclear plant on the 9th day. Its campus caught fire in a rocket attack, which was extinguished within a few hours. The good thing is that the radiation level was also normal after the attack. Russian forces have captured the plant's administration and control buildings. No one is reported injured in the attack.

On the other hand, after this attack, there was a stir in the world. In a hurry, Zelensky spoke to US President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

"If it explodes, it will be 10 times bigger than Chernobyl."
Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmitro Kuleba said shortly after the attack that Russian forces fired on the plant from all sides. The fire has already broken out at the plant. If it exploded, it would be 10 times bigger than Chernobyl. Where there are 6 nuclear reactors. High levels of radiation have been detected near the site of the power plant.

US and Britain said - Russia should stop the attack immediately

The British prime minister told Zelensky that he would take up the issue with Russia and other close allies. He also talked about calling an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council. According to the British PM's office, the two leaders agreed that Russia should immediately stop attacking.

Here, US President Biden has also expressed concern after the attack on the nuclear plant. According to him, it is now necessary that Russia should stop the armistice. He said that Russia should allow the emergency team to enter the plant.

IAEA warns of grave danger

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said in a tweet that the IAEA is in contact with the Ukrainian authorities and is aware of the shelling at the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant. IAEA Director-General Rafael Mariano Grossi speaks with Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Schmaigl and the Ukrainian Nuclear Regulator and Operator. He has appealed to stop the forces.
